We are crafting our clothes according to the standards stated in our shop sizing chart (in the description). We will also send you a measurement guide if you need one.
However, we can always make the clothing according to your personal dimensions and needs. For that all you need to do is to send us your detailed measurements so we can make sure that the model you purchased will fit you well.
We can customize some of the items and change the color, size, fabric, etc. We are custom making all items to order now. In this case, please remember to leave your detailed measurements information when or after you place the order and please check your Shopify messages regularly to make sure there is a good communication.

Priority processing of my order:
-This option gives your order priority before all other orders in my shop, your order will be made and ship within 1 day. Please contact us if you want to take an advantage of that option.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, we will update your order with the tracking number of your package.

How do I Return or Exchange an Item?

You have to send me an e-mail or a Shopify convo about eventual problems with your order up to 15 days after you've received the product. We would gladly make a FREE exchange or refund an item. The Return Must be made up to 5 working days after receiving the item. Items sent back to us after this period are not classified for a refund. Return Postage is at buyers cost. Please keep the receipt as proof of posting as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in the mail. Personalized items cannot be returned. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused with their original tags. Merchandise that has been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted! The shipping cost are not refundable.

How to determine my size ?
Taking your measurements :

BUST
Wrap a soft tape measure around your bust. It should wrap around the fullest part of your bust. The tape should be straight and parallel with the floor.
WAIST
Wrap the tape measure around your natural waist. Keep it parallel to the floor. Do not hold your breath or suck your stomach in. Hold your body erect in a comfortable standing position to get an accurate measurement. Be sure you don't draw it too tight.
HIPS
Wrap the tape measure around the fullest part of your hips and buttocks. This is usually located 7 to 9 inches below your natural waist. Keep the tape measure parallel to the floor.
INSEAM
Measure the length of the inner leg, from the top of the thigh to the ankle.
