Refunds and Exchanges
We make Refunds & Exchanges
- Up to 14 days after you have received the product, you have to send me a e-mail or a Shopify 'Message' stating an eventual problem with your order. We will make everything possible to help you solve the problem.
- Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed. A necessary removal of excessive hair or other particles will incur an additional processing charge of $10. If the garment(s) are received damaged or in non-resale condition we would be only able to provide store credit.
- Your return/exchange must be placed in the mail within 14 days of receipt. Items send back to us after this period are not classified for a refund.
- We strongly advise all customers to check the garments right after receiving the delivery and before removing any attached tags and disposing any original packaging.
- Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused with their original tags. Merchandise that has been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted!
- If the items come with a security tag this must be left on. If the security tag is removed then the returned item will not comply with the returns policy and will not be refunded.
- I don't make refunds if the client has ordered custom-sized clothing or promoted and discounted items!
- The shopping costs are not refundable.
- COLORS: Please, keep in mind that the colors of the images may look slightly different because of the specifics of your computer!
- Please have in mind that I can't be held responsible for the returned items lost in the transport.
- I recommend that you send the item back to us through The Registered Post. Retain proof of posting and send me a Tracking Number.

➥1. Send the package with REGULAR POST ! ( NOT COURIERS ) it's Cheaper for You ?
➥2. Don't Insure the parcel ( will cost you more money )
➥3. Declare the LOWEST VALUE (10$) in the papers you fill in ( like we do when we send it to you ? ), otherwise will go to the Customs, and we need to pay Import Fee for it ? ( in that Case I'am sending the package back to You on Your Expenses! )

- EUG FASHION reserves the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that does not meet the above requirements of returning a product. In EUG FASHION sole discretion.
- Refunds may only be issued in the same form as was utilized for payment within 5 days after receiving the item back. Please note that the original shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
- MEASURES: Please, use the size chart provided in the FAQ or send us Your measures to make a custom order especially for You!

* LOST PACKAGES
We offer a refund for lost packages or you may pick something else from our shop (the fault isn't mine if it is happened) but I want you to be happy and satisfied! I think it's fair!
* There are circumstances I cannot control. However, if there is any problem I will do everything I can to help resolve the situation at your best interest. :)
* Please note that you are responsible for all customs and duty fees, if they apply.
